About Alexander Calzadilla

Alexander Calzadilla is a Cuban male originally from Philadelphia, who has happily called Miami his home since moving here at the age of 15. He attended Southwest Sr. High School and Florida International University, ultimately receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. While in college, he began working as a paralegal for the Law Offices of Jeffrey E. Reichenbacher, a position he kept for seven years after graduation. He subsequently worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius Associates before landing at Costa Nursery. After distinguishing himself with many accomplishments, he was promoted to the position of Director of Specialty Products, which included the orchid, bonsai and lucky bamboo departments. When Alex was first put in charge of the three departments, they ranked near the bottom. By the time he left Costa after seven years, Alex had transformed the floundering departments into unqualified successes, posting record earnings, sales and profitability. In 2008 Alex was named the Costa Employee of the Year. Alex now puts his formidable prowess as a businessman into his newest venture, Avant-Garde Home Furnishings, LLC, serving as Managing Partner.

Memorial Day and two very interesting homes plus a few good ideas

Hello everyone, I hope all of you are having agood and safe Memorial Day holiday.. Here in Miami its very crazy... With the official Ebony week celebrations its a packed city full of people everyywhere. Yesterday it took me one hour to get from one end of the causeway that connects Miami and Miami Beach (normally a ten minute commute) to the other.. Very Crazy indeed.. Tonght being that no one works tomorrow will be even crazier I am sure of it...

Regardless I was looking at some old pictures and found a couple really cool houses UI wanted to share with all of you.. and then I have some more nesw to tell you about my companies Father's Day specials...

Here are the Cozy House Design – Northbridge House Johannsen + Associates have designed and located in the Northbridge neighbourhood of Sydney, Australia. architecturally speaking: To maximize the appearance of a broad view of the spit bridge north of Sydney, this five-bedroom residence has been designed as two wings attached to the front steps of the flag in style. Protected with a central courtyard, shaded terrace and a sunny swimming pool terrace, outdoor spaces open to various parts of the site and garden. Passive heating and cooling and natural ventilation helps to minimize the use of air conditioning and solar heating for pools and tanks of 24,000 L were included in this large family home.
